What to Expect from Your Complimentary Personal Training Session When You Join Pinnacle

Whether you want to focus on weight loss, stress relief, overall wellness or increased energy, a solid exercise plan is your foundation. Check Your Email!

We’ll be exchanging a bit of information, and email is the best medium for this dialogue. When you are contacted, your personal trainer will ask if you have any past injuries or medical concerns as well as any other pertinent details regarding your session. They will inquire about what you enjoy, workouts you dislike, and what your goals are. The more feedback you give your trainer, the better job they will do preparing a workout that will fit your needs. Set yourself and your trainer up for success by taking your time and giving this some thought.

Making the Match

We have several trainers with experience in all types of fitness. We try to match you up with a trainer based on your interests and goals. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions and really get the most out of your time with your trainer. While many partnerships will depend on mutual availability, we certainly try to make matches that make sense.

The Session

When you arrive for your session with your personal trainer, just let the front desk know who you’re there to meet with. If you don’t want to waste any of those precious free moments, get there early and ask to be taken to the cardio floor so you can warm up beforehand. We can let your trainer know where to meet you.

Each training session is crafted to fit your fitness profile but the goal is always the same; we want you to feel comfortable using the equipment, joining a class, jumping in the pool, and most importantly, we want you to feel like this is your gym.

You & Pinnacle

Be open with your trainer. We are here to help you! We want you to use the session to ask questions, to get comfortable with the gym, and to walk away feeling more confident about using the machines, weights, and amenities. We want you to know what to expect in that yoga class that you’re so excited about, or know your limits in that strength class that might otherwise look intimidating.

Your trainer will give you the workout you did together as well as offer you 3 one-hour long personal training sessions for $99 as a special “thank you.” You have no pressure to buy these sessions. They do not expire, so you can use them once a month or once a week, depending on your needs.
