Pinnacle’s At-Home Workout Roundup

Over the years, we’ve shared a ton of at-home workouts with you guys. Well, they are certainly going to come in handy now! We know it’s a struggle not having access to your big, beautiful gym, but we’re all in this together and we will see you in the club very soon. 


Until then, here is a roundup of our favorite at-home workouts from the last few years. Most of these are simple bodyweight movements that won’t involve any equipment or much room. Enjoy!




We hope you enjoy these workouts and we hope you’re staying active. If home workouts aren’t your thing, get out for a run, bike, hike or walk. Social distancing does not mean you can’t enjoy nature.
