At Pinnacle Fitness Club, we believe in maximizing. If you’re taking the time and energy to get prepared, show up to the gym and workout, you should be getting as much as you can out of that workout. Personal Training Sessions

No workout is wasted, but again, we believe in maximizing. A personal trainer has expertise and insights that the average club member probably won’t have. They have a better understanding of the proper use of all machines and tools we offer. Whether you want to get faster, stronger, lose weight, gain muscle or just stay healthy they have the training to assist you in setting realistic goals and helping you along the path of reaching those goals.

Our members have a lot of reasons for taking classes, but a common reason is that the classes offer a structured environment. This means they can get the most out of their workout because the instructors are efficient with the time allotted. There is a flow to the class that the participants don’t have to take time to plan. They can just show up, rock it out, and get on with their day.

Free Friend Fridays

That’s right! Bring in a pal every Friday and it’s free. Hit up the popular Power Yoga class after work, or do your own thing and meet up at the hot tub for a post-workout soak. Just another great benefit of your Pinnacle Fitness Club membership.
