Class Workouts

Pinnacle Fitness Club classes are a great way to work out, be social, and use the community for support in accomplishing your fitness goals! Let our certified and trained fitness professionals work with you in strength-training, conditioning, flexibility, and toning. Most group exercise classes are open to all ages and fitness levels.

Cardiovascular conditioning can be done in the water too! Without the pounding on joints, this class provides great exercise and toning, leading to improved range of motion, strength, coordination, and flexibility. It's all about fun and connecting with members without the sweat!

You get it all in this class: box, kick, bootcamp and cardio.  It includes a variety of different stations (step, medicine ball, jump rope, ladder, bands or weights) with high energy moves ending with a Pilates/yoga stretch cool down for a complete body workout!  It's a different workout every time.  Expect a hardcore workout every class.

No fancy footwork required.  Pace yourself or go the limit in this ultimate total body workout!  Athletic driven movements inspire this simple, yet challenging circuit workout.  No matter what your level of fitness you see yourself becoming stronger, fitter and tougher!

Designed to target your torso working all aspects of you abdominals and back, this class sculpts your abs and strengthens your core, which is the key to your overall strength.

Get your sweat on with this 90 minute ride that is sure to deliver a calorie deficit!  This class mimics an outdoor riding experience, combining endurance, interval, and cadence control to increase cardiovascular capacity.  Maintain year-round endurance, especially during the off-season.  The goal for this ride is to endure. This is a unique class that is offered the 2nd Saturday of the month.

This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout.  Come find the inspiration you have been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals.  This class is for the beginner as well as teh seasoned cyclists.

Come and learn the concepts of Tai Chi.  This class will consist of a lot of static leg work and learning to 'sink' and relax with your breathing.    

This weight-training class will help you develop strength, core stability, and stamina with proper weight-lifting techniques. We use barbells, dumbbells, and body resistance to work every major muscle group. 

Do you like surprises?  This class is for you!  Class will begin in the GE room.  Formats could include: treadmill, bootcamp, outdoors, SWEAT and more!  It's good to surprise your mind and body.   

S.W.E.A.T. stands for Strength-Weights-Endurance-Athletic-Training, and sweating is what you will be doing! This exciting class is the best combination of cardio and weights yet!

Our yoga classes focus on breath, posture, and meditation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated! Classes are offered for beginner and intermediate students throughout the week:

Gentle Yoga

Time to relax! This class teaches the basics of yoga postures, breathing, and balance. No previous yoga experience required!

Power Yoga

Find the edge you've been looking for in your yoga practice! Be prepared to power through a warrior-based vinyasa with arm-balances, inversions, and crazy asanas you never thought you could do. All levels are welcomed and encouraged!


This class is offered for beginner and intermediate students. The class will include breath work, posture, meditation, and relaxation. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Fuses the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, and core-conditioning to produce long, lean muscles and a strong, flexible body. This one-hour class allows the participant to work from the inside out, creating a unique, results-oriented class experience. This class is open to all levels and no experience is required.

Add some spice to your workout! This Latin-based dance-exercise is fun and easy to do, with high-energy music and unique combinations. No dance experience required!
