Our classes are a great way to work out, be social, and use the community for support in accomplishing your fitness goals! Most group exercise classes are open to all ages and fitness levels.
We offer a wide variety of amenities to fit any workout routine. Located in the Scoular Building, our entrance is just off 20th and Douglas. We have plenty free, off-street parking, so come visit us!
